- The fairy lights you see ever so often, which was also brought up as one of my favorite things.
- Wire balloons used for the previous modules which im praying so hard that i do well
- Orange frosted cupcakes in the cutest blue polka dot cases. I had to bake 70 plus of them for a school charity fair, all in the midst of preparing for a major test and a deadline. I was pretty proud of myself though!
- The only sort of proper meal I could whip out before school. I dont suppose it's even considered proper.
- I just found out recently that the perfume liquid forms a heart shape. Aye, how silly.
- A real teepee! Yesseh, in singapore!
- The beautiful view just before the rain came in.
- Which reminds me, Im almost legal!
- oh, just pretty, you know.
Would you guys like to see more of such things? Or annoyed with how lil i post? oh, dont be mad!

Interview n.o 2: Fashion On Your Feet

I cannot express how addicted to Fashion On Your Feet (FOYF) to you guys. It's one of the many reasons why this site was even created. (The full story is much too long). Involving travel stories, nearly daily outfit post, runway favorites and editorials styled personally by Venetia, the blogger of FOYfF, the site is full of fashion tidbits that everyone would enjoy! I managed to score an interview with Venetia and asked her for advice of dressing fashionably for the weather in Singapore, how she started styling and much more.
Hi venetia! So, if there is one picture that best represents what your blog stands for, what would it be?
How would you describe yourself in less than 140 words How about one word? Shoe-maniac!
Tell us more about Fashion on your feet and what it means to you. I can't tell you more, you'd have to read it! ;) Starting FOYF was like the first stepping stone for me. That was it, I am going to work in the fashion industry. It's part of my life now, I can't imagine my life without having to update FOYF.
How did you fall for fashion? Street style websites. I was so inspired and I still am.
It seems like you also more involved into styling, how did that happened? I didn't realised how much I love styling until I did an editorial internship with a magazine a couple years back. I really loved and enjoyed my job. That was how it all started.
How has the experience been like? Free-lancing has been amazing so far cause I've got an awesome partner, Lenne from aetienne.net We're both still quite new in this industry so everything has been really enriching. I'm really grateful to those people who believes in us and gave us amazing opportunities. It has been a fruitful journey.
Where do you get inspirations for your outfits and styling projects? Everything and everywhere. I would never want to limit myself.
The fall collection is to die for, do you have any suggestions how your Singaporeans readers can dress for fall in the Singapore weather? Since we can't wear thick coats and jackets, go for thin layers! Never restrict yourself to one layer.
Many more fashion blogs are popping up in Singapore, what advices do you have for these aspiring fashion bloggers? Be passionate about it, it's your baby!
Are there any exciting plans for Fashion on your feet that you can tell us about? I don't want to spoil any surprises! But Lenne and I just did an editorial which we are both really excited about. We'll reveal it when it's out!
Lastly, ask a random question for the next interviewee! What's your favourite shoe right now?

Woman in red

Hello!
Unfortunately, my school is plagued with ghost stories involving the lady in red and is well situated beside the now hauntingly famous bedok reservoir. So when i turned up in school in this dress, I was told the most unfotunate comment. ' wow, woman in red. ' Took me awhile to realise all the negativity that came with it. However, on the brighter side, my lecturer kept commenting on how pretty it was. Well, imagine what she would have said if she knew it was thrifted! Yup, costing less than $15, this is probably one of the few things im really proud to have found in a thrift store. This dress fits like a glove in all the right places and it's in the brightest of all red. Definitely the go-to dress. I just wish it was a little less formal. But I sure love the tiny vintage vibe it gives!
On a heavier note, it's the 3rf week of school and I've routinely fallen into the streak of bad mood and sleepless nights. Ideas seem to fleet when im awake and reappear in vague manners when I choose to sleep. Damn, how I wish some excellent ideas would just appear right now so that I could at least bring home something that would scream less of junk and more of art.

Hello!
This is what I wore for first day of school. The skirt was a perfect explosion of colour and volume to my rather mundane closet. The colours and prints were so pretty, it became an inspiration for my other clay projects, which were all later related to flowers and nature.
Im finally done with my wire sculptures and Im really glad for that because my fingers really do hurt from twisting and turning them, not to mention the accidents that happen, leaving tiny punctures in my thumb.
So i have several things to worry about in school but Im really hoping that doesnt mean I would too busy for anything else. Wish me luck for tuesday's econs paper
